A recent Facebook post from the school stated, “Grace Christian School closed on the Bennington Sports Center today. We are excited to have our own gymnasium. An industrial building at 452 Morse Road was sold for $400,000 and is involved in cannabis cultivation. The new owners, known as HVA Farms, LLC, plan to expand their operations within the facility.

Furthermore, a property located at 136 North Street was sold for $294,000. This building has recently housed NeighborWorks of Western Vermont among other tenants.
