Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at Devlin Funeral Home in Bennington, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church. Phyllis will be laid to rest at Stump Church Cemetery in North Cambridge, New York.
